Molecular Sequence and Phylogenetic Analysis Workflows

This link leads you to a folder which deals with Molecular Sequence Analysis, such as alignments, translations of sequences, statistical analysis of hydrophobicity, etc. It also deals with Phylogenetic Analyses, such as comparisons of sequences, analysis of gene families, and the investigation of evolutionary relationships between different organisms.

PHYLIP

PHYLIP is a package of phylogenetic inference software tools. Click on the above index "PHYLIP" and the link leads you to a folder that contains examples of how to run the program(s) (Workflows) of various tools of PHYLIP. The workflows are categorised based on the method used by the tool.
